My daughter (5) asked me to grow a beard for xmas. She still won’t consent to me shaving it. Pretty tired of this shit.

I t’s cold and gray out so makes total sense to me. I’m off from work and not doing anything until F1 practice is over so it’s a flannel pants and wool sweater kind of day.

I like having a beard. It’s less work. I’d have to shave every day if I wanted to keep my face smooth.

You say that, but the amount up upkeep necessary way outweighs the amount of time shaving it clean.

Yep - a quick trim of the neck and cheeks and maybe around the lips once a week and I'm good. A disposable razor lasts over six months. No shaving cream or anything. Easy as can be.

I use a no guard on my trimmer for my neck and a 1 or 2 guard when I trim the beard. I have nice shaving stuff when I take a razor to my neck or trim up the lines

What do you do to it? I just wash it and occasionally oil it. Trim it up when I trim my hair.

Pretty much daily trimming of strays and shit; mine only looks OK on the chin, whic h is full, thick, and grey. The cheeks would be fine if they were black, but since they’re mostly grey, when they grow out they’re wildlings. I kinda look like Thanos, in that regard.
